Every client has their own completely separate database and file directory. Your conversations, files, and settings belong to you and are stored in your private environment.

What We Collect

• Account information (email, name) for service delivery
• Chat history and preferences stored in your private database
• Uploaded files stored in your private directory

What We Don’t Do

• We NEVER sell or share your data
• We don’t access your conversations
• No tracking or analytics on your content
• No advertising based on your information

Third-Party Services

Our WordPress plugin (Thia Aide Comment Moderator) sends comment data to our API for moderation. See the plugin documentation for details.
