Project Management
Project Management
Organize Your Work into Separate Projects
Description
This feature allows you to organize conversations, files, and context into separate projects. Think of it as having multiple workspaces – each project has its own history, its own files, and its own focus. Perfect for keeping different clients, topics, or tasks completely separate.
What You Can Do:
1. Create a New Project
Start fresh with a new workspace for a specific topic or client.
Example: “Create a new project called ‘Website Redesign'”
- AI creates a dedicated space for this project
- All future conversations about the website go here
- Files uploaded stay with this project
- Calendar events for this project stay separate
2. List All Projects
See everything you’re working on at a glance.
Example: “Show me all my projects”
- AI displays:
- 📊 Q1 Financial Report
- 🎨 Website Redesign
- 📝 Contract with ABC Corp
- 🏠 Home Renovation Plans
- ✈️ Italy Vacation Planning
3. Switch Between Projects
Jump from one project to another without losing context.
Example: “Switch to the ‘Home Renovation’ project”
- AI loads all conversations about renovation
- Shows relevant files (floor plans, contractor quotes)
- Calendar shows appointments with architects
- Chat history remembers what was discussed
4. Delete Projects
Remove completed or unwanted projects.
Example: “Delete the ‘Old Marketing Ideas’ project”
- Removes all conversations, files, and calendar events
- Clean up your workspace
- Everything stays organized
Real-Life Examples:
Example 1: Freelancer with Multiple Clients
You’re a freelancer working with different clients:
- Project: “Client A – Logo Design”
- Conversations about logo concepts
- Uploaded sketches and inspiration images
- Deadline calendar events
- Project: “Client B – Website Development”
- Technical discussions about coding
- Uploaded website files and screenshots
- Meeting notes and progress updates
- Project: “Client C – Social Media”
- Content ideas and planning
- Graphics and post drafts
- Scheduling calendar
Ask: “What did I promise Client B about the deadline?” – AI searches ONLY that project’s history.
Example 2: Student with Different Classes
A student managing multiple subjects:
- Project: “Biology 101”
- Lecture notes and summaries
- Lab report files
- Exam preparation discussions
- Project: “History Paper”
- Research materials and sources
- Draft versions of the paper
- Professor’s feedback
- Project: “Group Project – Marketing”
- Team conversations
- Shared presentation files
- Meeting schedules
Ask: “When is my Biology exam?” – AI checks the Biology project calendar.
Example 3: Personal Life Organization
Keeping work and personal life separate:
- Project: “Work – Annual Report”
- Professional conversations
- Spreadsheets and data files
- Deadline reminders
- Project: “Home Renovation”
- Conversations with contractor
- Photos of tiles and paint colors
- Budget tracking
- Project: “Vacation Planning”
- Flight and hotel research
- Itinerary discussions
- Packing lists
Ask: “What was the quote for the bathroom tiles?” – AI finds it in Home Renovation project, not mixing with work files.
Example 4: Business Team Collaboration
Different departments, different projects:
- Project: “Sales – Q4 Targets”
- Sales strategy meetings
- Client lists and proposals
- Performance charts
- Project: “Product Development”
- Feature discussions
- Technical specifications
- Bug reports
- Project: “Marketing Campaign”
- Ad designs and copy
- Social media schedule
- Analytics reports
Ask: “Show me the latest sales numbers” – AI pulls from Sales project, not Product Development.
Why Use Projects?
| Without Projects | With Projects |
|---|---|
| Everything mixed together | Each topic has its own space |
| Hard to find past conversations | Search within specific project |
| Files from different topics jumbled | Files organized by project |
| Calendar is a mess | Events grouped by project |
| AI gets confused about context | AI always knows which project you’re in |
Perfect For:
- Freelancers – Separate clients, separate projects
- Students – Each class gets its own workspace
- Business Teams – Different departments, different projects
- Personal Organization – Work vs. home vs. hobbies
- Anyone with multiple interests – Keep everything tidy
Example Commands:
- “Create new project called ‘Summer Vacation Planning'”
- “Show me all my projects”
- “Switch to the ‘Work Project'”
- “What projects do I have?”
- “Delete the ‘Old Ideas’ project”
- “Move this conversation to ‘Client Project'”
The Magic:
When you switch projects, it’s like stepping into a different room. All the conversations, files, and calendar events from that project are right there. Nothing from other projects gets in the way. Everything stays organized and easy to find! ✨
